These terms are the rules for using JobThikana. By creating an account or using the website, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be old enough to work legally and able to enter into an agreement. You must give true and correct information about yourself and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your password secret. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

You agree that you will not:

• Give false information or pretend to be someone else.
• Post anything illegal, harmful, or misleading.
• Try to break, hack, or misuse the platform.
• Collect other users’ data without permission.

JobThikana does not charge you money to apply for jobs. A genuine company will never ask you to pay a fee, deposit, or “service charge” to get a job. If anyone asks you for money, do not pay — report it to support@jobthikana.in.

Companies must post only genuine jobs and give accurate details. Companies must not ask job seekers to pay any fee, deposit, or charge. Charging job seekers is not allowed and can be against the law. We may remove job posts and accounts that break this rule.

We work to connect job seekers and companies, but we do not employ you and we are not the employer. We cannot guarantee that you will get a job, or that any job or company is a perfect fit. Please check details for yourself before making decisions.

You keep ownership of the information and documents you add (such as your biodata). By adding them, you allow us to use them to run the service — for example, to show your application to companies you apply to.

If you break these terms, we may warn you, remove content, or suspend or close your account to protect other users and the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.
